When is the turnover date?
Turnover is scheduled for Q4 2027. Construction milestones are tracked monthly, and all reserved buyers receive progress updates with photos and inspection invitations throughout the build period.
Can I view the actual site before reserving?
Yes. Private consultations are arranged seven days a week by appointment. We will tour the actual Wilson Street site together — the lot, access points, and surrounding neighborhood — then continue at a nearby cafe to review architectural plans, floor layouts, payment terms, and Q&A. No finished units yet, but you'll have a complete picture within 90 minutes.
What payment options are available for pre-selling?
Three options: full cash purchase (with applicable discount), bank financing through BDO, BPI, Metrobank, RCBC, Security Bank, or in-house developer financing structured around the Q4 2027 turnover. Spread payments allow you to align cash flow with construction milestones.
What is the reservation process?
A reservation fee of ₱200,000 to ₱500,000 holds your selected unit while final paperwork and financing are processed. The reservation is fully credited toward your purchase price. First-come, first-served — units cannot be held without reservation.
